GIVEAWAY CLOSED
A night out. A few hours of fun. That’s all it was meant to be.
They call themselves the May Mothers—a group of new moms whose babies were born in the same month. Twice a week, they get together in Brooklyn’s Prospect Park for some much-needed adult time.
When the women go out for drinks at the hip neighborhood bar, they are looking for a fun break from their daily routine. But on this hot Fourth of July night, something goes terrifyingly wrong: one of the babies is taken from his crib. Winnie, a single mom, was reluctant to leave six-week-old Midas with a babysitter, but her fellow May Mothers insisted everything would be fine. Now he is missing. What follows is a heart-pounding race to find Midas, during which secrets are exposed, marriages are tested, and friendships are destroyed.

I honestly don’t think the ” perfect” mother exists, most of just do the best we can & feel guilty for everything else.

Is there really a perfect mother? I know I have done my best and I know in some regards i have fallen short. Love unconditionally resonates with me.

I’m not a mother but my mother was not perfect and no mother is. They can only do their best to be the best mother there is.

There’s no such thing as a perfect mom (thank goodness, or we’d all feel like total failures!) but I think a great mother is one who concentrates more on her child’s happiness and well being and less on how clean her house is or what other’s think of her.

There is no perfect mom we all have days we make mistakes. I think what makes a good mom is being there for your kids. Listen to them, play and just be present in their lives.

No one is perfect including any mother. They strive to always be there for their children. They sacrifice for their children. They teach them right from wrong, how to stay safe, and they show them what unconditional love looks like.

It really depends on the child. We all learn as we go! Patient and kindness mixed with firmness worked for me. Although, I do not consider myself near perfect!

I don’t think there is a perfect mother. I believe loving, nurturing, and being there for them always makes a good mother.

no such thing as a perfect Mom. best thing a Mother can do for her kid(s) is teach kindness, teach to give & do for others, teach to respect individuals, & love unconditionally.

I don’t know that the “perfect” mother exists, but there are a bunch of us out there just doing the best we can and giving it everything we have and loving our littles with every ounce of our being, and that is pretty close! ❤

There’s no such thing. The perfect mother is like a unicorn – wonderful in theory, but never to be seen. We all struggle in our own ways, and have our imperfections.

A perfect mother — or as close to perfect as can get — just does her best to raise her kids in a safe, loving way.

A good mother is kind with support and love, a great mother is a role model of being kind and supports those around her. She teaches through action.

No one can be a perfect mother, only a good one. Teaching love, respect, responsibility and manners are a must for a child to grow into a productive adult.
